Development Services Bulletin

The aim of the Development Services Bulletins is to provide an insight and update on those issues facing both Council and the industry.

Council would welcome feedback and suggestions for content in future editions. If you have any suggestions, please complete the online form below or come to our Administration Centre at 144 Otho Street Inverell and we’ll endeavor to address these

From 1 July 2021, the NSW Government has introduced new registration and compliance requirements for the design and construction of Class 2 buildings. These requirements apply to designers, engineers and builders.

In accordance with Council's staging timeframe, from 15 July 2021 Occupation Certificates, Subdivision Certificates and Subdivision Works Certificates can now be lodged through the NSW Planning Portal (www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au).
