Register of Variations to Development Standards

Council’s are required to keep a record of all Development Applications approved under ‘Delegated Authority’ from the 1 April 2008, where the provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy Number 1 – Development Standards (prior to 7 December 2012) or Clause 4.6 of the Inverell Local Environmental Plan 2012 (7 December 2012 onwards) have been used to vary established development standards. For example, the minimum lot size for the erection of a dwelling.
