Open Access Information not Publicly Available
Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA), when deciding whether or not to release information, Council must consider whether there is an overriding public interest against releasing the information.
If Council makes decisions about open access information that will not be disclosed due to an overriding public interest, it will publish the information on its website.
