At Council meetings, Councillors and Committee Members discuss, debate, and make decisions on issues of public importance or concern in which the outcomes of these are published here.

Ordinary Council Meeting

Ordinary Meetings of Council are conducted on the fourth Wednesday of each month and held in the Council Chambers.

Civil & Environmental Services Committee

As per Council resolution 2024/177, Council is trialing no major Committee meetings for a period of six (6) months, commencing 1 November 2024.

Economic & Community Sustainability Committee

As per Council resolution 2024/177, Council is trialing no major Committee meeting for a period of six (6) months, commencing 1 November 2024.

Advisory & Community Committees

Council is also involved in a number of other advisory and community committees. These Committees deal with the management of specialist issues under their jurisdiction.

S375A Record of Voting on Planning Matters

Under section 375(A) of the Local Government Act 1993, a Division is required to be called whenever a motion for a planning decision is put at a meeting of the Council or a Council Committee
