Join the Momentum Program and receive support to get your birth certificate, driver’s licence and a lasting job.
The Momentum Program is funded by the NSW Government and delivered by Real Futures in partnership with Pathfinders and ACE Community Colleges.
To join Momentum, you will need to bring proof of ID such as a Health Care
Card, Medicare Card or Certificate of Aboriginality.
