Temporary Bridge Closures

Notices of Council implemented bridge interruptions and closures for our Shire.

BRIDGE REPLACEMENT WORKS – MACINTYRE RIVER FOOTBRIDGE

Inverell Shire Council wishes to advise the footbridge is now open.

Please be advised a temporary handrail has been installed and you may now use the bridge. Please proceed with caution.

The new handrail and balustrade has been manufactured, and is currently being galvanized, this will be installed once the galvanization process has been completed.
