“No Cods” Cod Classic

A 3-day dedicated ladies fishing competition. AYC Fishing and the Inverell Country Women’s Association have teamed up for a great charity event. All profits will go to the C.W.A to help local farming families in need. There will also be at Friday Night Dinner to teach you about Cod Tackle and Techniques.
It’s a simple format – the longest Cod wins. The winners will take home some amazing custom timber trophies by Mick Molnar Marine Art. All entrants receive a ticket into the lucky door prize where one lucky lady will take home $5,000 in fishing tackle. Registrations are now open. Come along, have fun and support a great cause.
Don’t have access to a boat but would love to fish the comp? Local Inverell Anglers, Sponsors and tournament organisers have generously offered to bring their boats along and guide you throughout the weekend.
