Free Small Business Advisory Sessions

LOCAL businesses are being offered a chance to access fresh ideas, tackle challenges and add some oomph to their bottom line by signing up to a free one-on-one business advisory session.
Inverell Shire Council has secured funding from the Australian Government to provide small business owners with free sessions with small business advisor, Peter Spinda.
The Brisbane based Peter Spinda is a business strategist and digital transformation specialist with over 20 years experience in the industry and will be offering 30 free and confidential one hour long online appointments to small businesses across the shire in the week commencing 30 August 2021.
“The sessions will begin with a pre-meeting deep dive questionnaire which all participants are asked to complete to help me understand their business, making the decisions more relevant,” Mr Spinda said.
Mr Spinda says the aim of the consulting sessions is to discuss the most pertinent challenges that each business owner is facing and provide them with guidance to help address these challenges.
“We will review the four pillars of strength: operations, sales and marketing, human resources, and financial management in order to ascertain what opportunities are relevant and what business models can be explored.”
“With my knowledge of the digital landscape, I am also able to provide guidance on technology and digital solutions that can help your business evolve and grow.”
Council’s mayor, Paul Harmon says businesses can book their online consultation with Peter now to explore new ideas and strategies.
“Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have had to postpone these seminars twice, which is why we decided to engage with Peter and offer an online alternative to our local business owners instead.”
“Businesses can book their appointment with Peter now on Try Booking. The sessions are open to all small businesses in the Inverell Shire, whether they are retailers, involved in the service industry or perhaps a home-based business.”
