DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR 104 OTHO STREET, INVERELL

Inverell Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a concept development proposal for a green field site located on the corner of Otho and Evans Street, Inverell (at the cost of person/s making the submission).

Interested parties will need to submit an EOI, which will address, but not be limited to, the Development proposal conditions. EOI documents can be downloaded free of charge by registering on the Tenderlink e-tendering portal at www.tenderlink.com/inverell/

Applicants must obtain a copy of the EOI Documentation from the e-tendering portal.

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the applicant.

The highest or any EOI will not necessarily be accepted.

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASPHALT IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT THE INVERELL AIRPORT

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the supply and delivery of Asphalt Improvement Works at the Inverell Airport.

Tender documents, specifications and approximate quantities can be downloaded free of charge by registering on the Tenderlink e-tendering portal at www.tenderlink.com/inverell

Tender Return Schedules and supporting documentation must be submitted prior to 10:00am on Monday, 5th May 2025, via the Tenderlink e-tendering portal.

The highest or lowest Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
