2024 Land Valuations
All landowners will receive their 2024 Notice of Valuation from early March 2025. While Council is not involved in the valuation process, Council does use the valuations for rating purposes, with effect from 1 July 2025. This process is completed by the Valuer General every three (3) years.
Land owners have 60 days to lodge an objection with the Valuer General.
Ratepayers who require valuation information can contact the Valuer General Customer Service Team on 1800 110 038 or visit valuergeneral.nsw.gov.au to better understand the land values and the valuation system, and how to lodge an objection.
Rating enquires should be directed to Council on (02) 6728 8288 or council@inverell.nsw.gov.au.
