Public Notice – Presentation of Financial Statements For The Year Ended 30th June 2024

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act, 1993, that Council will consider the reports of its auditors for the year ended 30th June 2024 at its ordinary meeting to be held on Wednesday, 27th November 2024.
Copies of Council’s Audited Financial Statements, together with the Auditor’s Reports are available for inspection by the public during normal business hours at Council’s Administration Centre, 144 Otho Street Inverell and on Council’s website www.inverell.nsw.gov.au.
In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993, any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to Council’s Audited Financial Statements or with respect to the Auditor’s Report. These submissions must be in writing and must be lodged with Council by 10:00am on Tuesday, 26th November 2024.
