Introduction To Yoga For Youth – Free Holiday Event

FreeInverell Shire Council presents more FREE Holiday Youth Activities.
As part of the NSW Government’s Spring Holiday Break Program, Council is offering a free introduction to yoga, for ages 12 – 18 years old and 19 – 24 years.
Come along to Pro Active Fitness for an introduction to yoga. Session 1 is for those aged 19-24, and focuses on Yoga to relax and de-stress. Session 2 is for ages 12-18, and is an introduction to yoga. Both sessions are being led by a highly skilled yoga instructor, Helen.
Bring a mat or towel, comfy clothes that you can move in, and your water bottle.
