Cultural and Arts Plan Workshop

Inverell Shire Council is currently developing a Cultural and Arts Strategic Plan that will provide a 10-year vision and direction for Council’s planning for arts and cultural facilities, programs and services. We want to hear from all community members who care about the future of arts and culture in our Shire to help shape the Strategic Plan.
We want to talk to as many locals as possible about what culture, the arts and creativity means to and for Inverell Shire. We would like to invite you to attend a workshop to find out more about the project, to uncover all the important local place and stories and to explore what the strengths and challenges for creativity, the arts and culture is in Inverell, what the current and future needs are as well as the aspirations to make Inverell Shire a vibrant creative and cultural place.
