In accordance with the NSW Government’s most recent Public Health Order 2020, skate parks in Inverell, Tingha and Ashford are now closed. Further closures include:

  • > Caravan parks and camping grounds (except for permanent residents);
  • > Playgrounds and outdoor gym equipment;

Local Businesses Stepping Up

For residents who are in self isolation or those who wish to minimise contact with others, many local businesses are now offering services such as home delivery, phone ordering and contactless pick-up.

We are maintaining a list of these businesses, which is posted on our Facebook page.

I encourage residents to take up these options and commend local businesses for continuing to service our community in these difficult times.

2020 Council Elections Postponed
