Planning Proposal – Amendment to Inverell Local Environmental Plan 2012
Proposal to enable water extraction and bottling facilities in the RU1 Primary Production Zone
Inverell Shire Council pursuant to the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 hereby gives notice that the Planning Proposal being Amendment to Inverell Local Environmental Plan 2012 Proposal to Enable Water Extraction and Bottling Facilities in the RU1 Primary Production Zone shall be on public exhibition from Friday 12 October 2018 to Friday 26 October 2018 (the exhibition period).
The Planning Proposal applies to land zoned RU1 Primary Production under the Inverell Local Environmental Plan 2012.
It is intended to amend the Inverell Local Environmental Plan 2012 by inserting additional provisions, which:
|Permit development for purposes of a water bottling facility to be carried out with development consent in the RU1 Primary production zone;|
|Permit development ancillary to a water bottling facility to be carried out with consent in the RU1 Primary Production zone; and|
|Provide a definition for a water bottling facility consistent with the intent of this Planning Proposal.|
Inverell Shire Council is authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning under Section 3.36 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 for the making of this Planning Proposal.
The formal display of the exhibition of the Planning Proposal can be viewed at the Council Administration Office, 144 Otho Street, Inverell from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday during the exhibition period.
