Manager Development Services
Anthony joined Inverell Shire Council as the Manager of Development Services in 2011. Prior to that, Anthony worked in the Hunter Valley as a Town Planning Consultant and Project Manager on a number of different projects including large residential, commercial, industrial and mining developments. Anthony can be contacted on 0425 271 633.
Chris has a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning obtained from the University of New England and has been with Council since 2005. He has a broad knowledge of Council’s Planning legislation and policies. Chris can provide specialist advice in relation to subdivision and all development matters.
Jade commenced with Council in 2010, and has completed his accreditation in building/surveying. Jade specialises in the areas of fire safety and disabled access. Jade attends Critical Stage Inspections for construction, and participates in the development assessment process. He is able to provide review for Complying Development Certificate applications and can advise on all building matters.
Howard has completed his accreditation in building/surveying. Howard attends Critical Stage Inspections for construction, septic tank licensing and operational inspections/compliance, swimming pool compliance/inspections. Howard also participates in the development assessment process as well as public health enquires. He is able to provide review for Complying Development Certificate Applications and can advise on all building matters.
Liam is completing his Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours). Liam attends critical stage inspections for constructions, septic tank licensing and operational inspections/compliance, swimming pool compliance/inspections and participates in the development assessment process. He is able to provide review for Complying Development Certificate Applications and advice on all building matters.
Trainee Town Planner
Elise is completing her Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning. Elise can assist with enquires on the Development Application process, lodgement requirements, heritage buildings and provide updates on progress of Development Approvals.
Trainee Environmental Health Officer
Bonnie is completing her Bachelor of Natural Science (Environment & Health). Bonnie can assist with public health enquires.
