The proposed development is Integrated Development. The following approvals from the relevant approval bodies are required:

  • Environment protection licence to authorise carrying out of scheduled development work at any premises – Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 – Environment Protection Authority.

The Development Application and the documents accompanying the application may be inspected for 31 days from 21 July 2017 until 21 August 2017, between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, at Inverell Shire Council’s Administration at 144 Otho Street, Inverell. The Development Application documents are also available in Advertised Development Applications section of Council’s website (www.inverell.nsw.gov.au)
