DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS ON EXHIBITION

As per Council Policy and Legislation, certain types of Development Applications (DA's) require public exhibition in the Inverell Times and on the Council's website. Should any DA's currently be under exhibition, you will find them listed below.

The proposed development is Integrated Development. The following approvals from the relevant approval bodies are required:

The Development Application and the documents accompanying the application may be inspected for 32 days from 12 May 2017 until 13 June 2017, between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, at Inverell Shire Council’s Administration at 144 Otho Street, Inverell.

A person may make a written submission in relation to the Development Application by 13 June 2017. A submission by way of objection must set out the grounds of the objection.
